Celebrity sits a notch above mainstream cruising — sleeker ship design, upscale dining, and a quieter, more design-forward atmosphere without going full ultra-luxury pricing.
Original art is curated throughout the fleet rather than treated as an afterthought, and newer ships lean into design-forward public spaces that wouldn't look out of place in a boutique hotel.
Suite guests get access to The Retreat, a ship-within-a-ship area with its own sundeck, lounge, restaurant, and concierge — a private-club layer for travelers who want a quieter version of the same ship.
Retreat guests also get priority reservations at specialty restaurants and a dedicated concierge who handles the kind of requests regular guest services would just shrug at.

Celebrity's Edge Series introduced the Magic Carpet, a cantilevered platform that moves up and down the side of the ship, along with resort-style pool decks and some of the most photographed venues in the fleet.
Eden, a three-story glass-walled venue built around nature-inspired design and live entertainment, is the Edge Series' answer to “what do we do with the space where a normal atrium would go.”
